CrossFit Open Strategy Guide 2022

In the world of CrossFit the word “Open” can strike fear and excitement all at once into everyone who is registered to compete in this years 2022 CrossFit Season. Hopefully at this point everyone who is participating is within their final stages of training to ensure that they are in the best position possible to have a fun CrossFit Open season. Now, with that being said, there are still some principles around competing that sometimes get overlooked. Lucky for you, Conquer has just the thing.

We have created a CrossFit Open Strategy Guide… that goes through everything from programming, nutrition, recovery, filming set up etc. Our goal is to deliver some core principles that we feel often get overlooked. Hopefully you can read through our guide and pick up on some ideas we have that can add to your tool belt for success over the three weeks. But we haven’t stopped there!

On the Conquer Athlete Training Community facebook page we are delivering FREE programming specifically for the CrossFit Open every day. This program is delivered in two different tracks. One is for those who need more of a gymnastics oriented program, and one for those who need more of an endurance based program. Anyone can take part in these programs, ask questions, post comments, and get feedback from the Conquer staff…. And it is all for free. Let’s all make this 2022 CrossFit season your best yet!
