Program Features

12 Weekly Small Group Calls

Each week’s calls has a specific topic and focus, and will be a combination of teaching and dialogue among you, your mentors, and peers. We limit the cohort size for an intimate experience.

2 Individual Mentor Calls

You’ll get a chance to meet with your mentor for 2 one-on-one calls, which you can schedule on-demand. We design these calls to meet you where you are at and take you to where you want to go, therefore customizing it just for you and your goals.

Additional Support + LEarning

You’ll get access to our online learning modules to supplement the topics on the calls, as well as mentor office hours and outside assignments where you can practice and implement the topics yourself - and then review with your mentor!

There’s a lot of noise out there in the fitness space, yet not a lot of clarity and focus for coaches to refine their craft.

That’s why we created this program - to not only give coaches a solid foundation for coaching a complex sport like CrossFit, but also give them the tools they need to see their uniquely individual athletes succeed.
