Introducing Conquer Athlete’s MMA Fitness Program

Conquer Athlete has created two stages for proper strength and conditioning around the combat sports (BJJ, MMA, Boxing). The first program (Stage 1) is geared for those who are newer to strength training. This is a twelve week training program that progresses in four week training blocks. The second stage (Stage 2) picks up where Stage 1 leaves off. This is an ongoing platform for those who have built up their training/movement catalog. The purpose of these training programs is to supplement the combat sports training.

We understand the rigors that go into training MMA, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and boxing. We understand the stressors that these athletes put on themselves, as well as the importance of proper movement, strength, and fatigue management. Over the years, we have seen other programs that tug on the strings on intensity. We have seen athletes get beat down due to coaches not understanding proper principles and trying to make a program “cool”, rather than effective. So, we delivered a program that will build the athletes up, increase their strength, power, and conditioning, and allow them to show their skills in the cage or ring.
