Last week was exciting with the Games taking place out in Madison. Both Jay and Tommy were there behind the scenes coaching the Conquer Athletes. This episode we are going to take a little time to chat about not just their experience there, but also what they both thought regarding the tests and how it was all programmed.

Amy and Stu are two incredible athletes. They have both recently punched their respective tickets to the CrossFit Games as masters athletes. Amy took 2nd place in the Open within the 35-39 year old age group, and Stu outright won the Open within the 60-64 year old age group. The most impressive thing about these two is that they are not one dimensional. They both have very full schedules, and yet continue to find the time to train as elite athletes, making it to the absolute pinnacle of their sport. We know that you will enjoy this one!

Todays guest is Conquer Athlete: Tyler Cooke. Tyler is not only a phenomenal athlete, but he also runs a successful real estate business, is a husband and father of two young children, and is an amazing coach in his own right. Because of this, a large portion of the show revolves around finding balance in life and how to navigate around the things that you can and can not control. This is a good one, and we think that you will agree.

Today's guest is one of our very own "Individual Design" Conquer Athletes, Aurora Vellante. Aurora just qualified for Semifinals for the first time and thats not even her most impressive achievement. Aurora is a college professor, CrossFit coach, AND athlete who we could all learn a thing or two from when it comes to time management and achieving goals. She is an impressive lady, and we think that everyone is going to start seeing and hearing a lot more from her.
