Ali played soccer for Duke University, was a strength and conditioning coach for Stanford and Kansas where she developed a love for training in the weight room. After working with mentors at different collegiate programs, Ali learned to curate a coaching style that nurtures the coach-athlete relationship. Ali has a refreshing perspective on what it means to be a good coach, and we absolutely enjoyed having her on the show.
