Chad is the owner and founder of Juggernaut Training Systems, as well as being one of the most highly regarded strength coaches and athletes of the modern era. As an athlete, Chad has posted Top 10 All-Time Total in wraps (1055kg/2325#) and sleeves (1010kg/2226#), won 2 National Championships in the Shot Put and earned his Pro Card in Strongman. These days he is applying his long time strength training experience to the sport of Jiu Jitsu and helping athletes build the sort of functional strength that will translate well onto the mat. Enjoy

Episode #121: John Welbourn
John Welbourn is CEO of Power Athlete, as well as the creator of the online training platform, Johnnie WOD. He is a 9 year veteran of the NFL and was a starter for the Philadelphia Eagles from 1999-2003, the Kansas City Chiefs from 2004-2007, and appeared in 3 NFC Championship games. After retiring from the NFL, John got involved with CrossFit and eventually developed the CrossFit Football program. John has worked with the MLB, NFL, NHL, Olympic athletes as well as the Military, and he currently travels the world lecturing on performance and nutrition for Power Athlete.

Kegan Dillon is an experienced strength athlete and coach who grew up playing baseball and basketball, and has competed in a variety of strength sports including highland games, CrossFit, and powerlifting. Kegan has worked with and learned from some of the best and most respected coaches in the sport. His most recent lifting accomplishments are a 500 pound bench press (2016), 3hr 7min 100k Bike Erg (4th in the world), 1000 cal air assault bike in just over 53 minutes.
