Through Apex, Brad has worked with a number of high performing clients, from CEO's, Olympians, Professional Athletes in the NFL and CrossFit Games, as well as Navy Seals, all looking to optimize there performance and well being.

Today's guest is CrossFit Games Athlete, Alex Gazan. Alex is for sure an up and coming star in the CrossFit scene, having almost qualified in the individual division as a teenager in 2021, and following that up making the Games in 2022 at the age of 20. Alex is impressive on the competition floor, but perhaps more impressive is her incredible positive and friendly attitude as well as her balanced approach to life and competition.
