Conquer Compete is geared toward serious athletes who want to build their abilities to compete in a Sanctioned event. In the Compete program, you'll have two sessions a day to help you dial in your strength/power, gymnastics capacity, and engine. There will be plenty of work to get you ready for any Mixed Modal test the Sport may throw your way.
Your AM sessions are built around structured gymnastics work and developing your engine to keep your body resilient and ready to handle the more dynamic demands of the sport. Your PM sessions involve barbell work, gymnastics, mixed modal conditioning, and skill work. What makes our Compete program different from other competitive fitness tracks is how we structure our training; you’ll be pushing yourself, but not burning yourself out.
You can do as little or as much of the training as you want; completing the PM sessions will get you great at the Sport, while completing both the AM and PM sessions will take you a whole new level!
