Episode #192 Ali Kershner
On this week’s episode, we welcome Ali Kershner, Director of Creative Strategy for Art of Coaching. Ali played soccer for Duke University, was a strength and conditioning coach for Stanford and Kansas where she developed a love for training in the weight room. After working with mentors at different collegiate programs, Ali learned to curate a coaching style that nurtures the coach-athlete relationship. Ali has a refreshing perspective on what it means to be a good coach, and we absolutely enjoyed having her on the show.

For this week’s guest, we brought back Bo Sandoval for round 2. Bo is the Assistant Athletics Director for Sports Performance at Texas A&M University. He was also the Director of Strength and Conditioning for The UFC as well as the Assistant Director of Strength and Conditioning at University of Michigan.
