Jason Ackerman is a 3 time CrossFit Affiliate owner. He has been in the health and fitness world for over 25 years. Currently Jason is a Level 4 CrossFit coach on the CrossFit seminar staff. He also hows the "Best Hour of Their Day" Podcast, which is geared toward coaches and affiliate owners, and helps both bring their absolute best to their members. The entire Conquer coaching staff sits down to discuss their thoughts surrounding the first week of the Semifinals. They discuss the workouts at each event, why they did and didn’t like certain ones, as well as predictions on who we are likely to see on top of the podium at the Games after watching some of the performances out there.
