Prior to starting TrueCoach, Casey started CrossFit Kings Point in Orlando with his wife, which grew to over 300 members at its peak.

Tommy Marquez is a CrossFitter and has been working in the CrossFit space for 10 years now. After originally working in the field of Psychology/Mental health, he switched to be a CF trainer full-time and help Open an affiliate early in 2010. He started working for CF Media in 2011 as a production assistant, handling various jobs, before getting the opportunity to write content for the Update Show, and eventually present my own content as an on-air commentator/host/analyst in 2014.

Sean spent the last 7 years as the play-by-play man for the CrossFit Games and was employed by CrossFit Games Media from 2012 to 2018. He also spent 12 years as a local sports anchor and reporter in markets like Kalispell, Montana; Tallahassee, Florida and Jacksonville, Florida.

Annie Sakamoto started Crossfit in 2004, opened up an affiliate in 2008 and competed as an Individual at the Games in 2011 and 2012 and then again as a Master in 2016 and 2017. She's been married for 15 years and has a 12-year-old daughter, Dylan and a 10-year-old son, Israel.
