Right now, Connor Duddy is competing at the CrossFit Games. Connor started CrossFit in 2011. He is a full-time coach at Solidarity CrossFit since 2016. Connor has been a competitive athlete since 2016.

Aaron Hoff is the Founder of the Ultimate Hawaiian Trail Run, the Keala Foundation and previous owner of CrossFit Poipu. He was born and raised on Kauai. In his teenage years, he got caught up in the drug culture on the island and got sober at the age of 23. Aaron started working with the youth and adults on the recovery side of addiction. He found CrossFit about 7 years ago and has been using it as a tool to create an environment and new culture that sustains healthy lifestyles in a saturated drug culture that is so predominant on the island of Kauai.

Episode #12: Behind the Scenes W. Rory Mckernan
Prior to a career in CrossFit, Rory traveled the world and did seasonal work (Summers in Alaska, winters in Jackson Hole, WY). He started my career as a trainer (US CrossFit/SEAL Fit) before being hired by CrossFit HQ Media. At the time, Rory was the second hire to the department. He is self-taught as a presenter and feels lucky to have the opportunity to have hosted the CrossFit Games for ten years, and assist in the telling of people's success stories through fitness.
