Episode #192 Ali Kershner
On this week’s episode, we welcome Ali Kershner, Director of Creative Strategy for Art of Coaching. Ali played soccer for Duke University, was a strength and conditioning coach for Stanford and Kansas where she developed a love for training in the weight room. After working with mentors at different collegiate programs, Ali learned to curate a coaching style that nurtures the coach-athlete relationship.
